Using This Site

You may use this site to learn about what we buy, to submit equipment for evaluation, to inquire about equipment we have available, and to contact us. Please do not use it to send false information, to interfere with the site, or for any unlawful purpose.

Equipment Submissions

When you submit equipment you are asking us to evaluate it. You are not listing it for sale, and you are not entering a contract.

• ·Submitting equipment does not obligate you to sell it.
• ·Submitting equipment does not guarantee that we will make an offer.
• ·We evaluate each item individually and may decline for any reason.
• ·We do not charge you to submit equipment or to receive an evaluation.

You agree that the information and photos you send are accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the authority to sell the equipment you are offering.

Evaluations and Offers

Any figure we discuss before inspection is an estimate based on what you have told us. Estimates are not offers.

A written offer from us is valid only for the period stated in that offer, and remains subject to verifying the equipment, its condition, its location, and access for removal. If the equipment differs materially from what was described, we may revise or withdraw the offer.

We are a buyer of surplus equipment, not an appraiser, broker, or auction house. Our offers reflect a fast sale with logistics handled and are not an appraisal or a statement of fair market value.

Sales, Removal, and Payment

If we agree on a purchase, the specific terms of that transaction, including price, payment method, timing, who performs removal, and who bears the risk during transport, are set out in the agreement or bill of sale for that transaction. Those terms control if they conflict with anything on this website.

You are responsible for disclosing hazards, disconnection requirements, site access limits, and anything else that affects safe removal. Unless our written agreement says otherwise, the equipment is sold as-is, and title must be free of liens and encumbrances.

Equipment We Have Available

Equipment shown on this site was available at our last update and may sell or change condition before the page is updated. Specifications, hours, and photographs are provided in good faith based on the information available to us and are not warranties.

Pricing is provided on request. Equipment we sell is sold as-is unless a written agreement says otherwise.

No Warranties

This website is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the content is complete or current. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, engineering, or appraisal advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from any evaluation or estimate provided through it. This section does not limit obligations we take on in a signed purchase agreement.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the photos and information you send us. By submitting them, you give us permission to use them to evaluate the equipment, to complete a transaction, and to list the equipment for resale if we purchase it.

Governing Law and Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
